Privacy notice

Last updated:

This notice explains, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), how the personal data you send through this website is handled.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Francesco Conta — Force Commissioning, Italian VAT no. IT02830660227, Italy.

The work is carried out on customer sites and there are no premises open to the public: the contact channel for anything concerning your data is fc@forcecx.com.

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.

2. Data collected

The site only collects what you type into the contact form yourself:

  • name (required)
  • email address (required)
  • message (required)
  • company (optional)
  • country or site location (optional)
  • phone number (optional)
  • the scope you select from the list

No special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) are requested. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to answer your enquiry and for any follow-up directly related to it. It is not used for marketing, newsletters or profiling.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, in the alternative, the legitimate interest in replying to enquiries received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing name, email and message is necessary to receive a reply; the other fields are optional.

4. How the data is handled and who receives it

The form sends its content by email to fc@forcecx.com. Nothing is stored in a database on this site, and no data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for their own purposes.

The following technical suppliers are involved, each acting as a processor on the controller's instructions:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery of the form request
  • Resend — delivery of the notification email
  • the provider of the fc@forcecx.com mailbox

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these suppliers are established in the United States. Any transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the supplier's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

Messages are kept in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship arising from it, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact — unless a legal obligation (for example tax law) requires longer retention.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no profiling cookies, installs no analytics or tracking tools, and embeds no third-party content that could profile visitors. That is why you are not shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

The hosting infrastructure records technical logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and diagnostics, for a limited period.

8. Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR at any time:

  • access to your data
  • rectification of inaccurate data
  • erasure
  • restriction of processing
  • data portability
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise them, write to fc@forcecx.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your country of residence.

9. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.
