Services
Testing and commissioning, L1–L5
Ten years of commissioning experience, both in the test field and on the customer's site (FAT & SAT), from level 1 to level 5 and across many end applications, make the fast and continuous learning of Force Commissioning an extremely rare quality to find on the market.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Full functional test of the system before it ships to site: electrical, electronic, software and — where needed — mechanical/hydraulic. Faults are found and closed where they are cheap to fix.
Installation verification and pre-commissioning
Cold checks on site: wiring, continuity and insulation, terminal torque checks, instrument verification — before anything is energised.
Energisation and start-up
Firmware and software updates on the various microcontrollers, PLCs and HMIs. Electrical measurements and configuration of parameters and offsets, functional verification of I/O sensors and actuators, motors and peripherals.
Functional testing
Dynamic verification of system performance under load, to confirm that it meets the technical requirements of the project.
IST (Integrated Systems Test)
Verification of the integrated systems of a whole building or part of it, fully testing the simultaneous response of the systems and the emergency scenarios.
