Services
Testing and commissioning, L1–L5
Ten years of commissioning experience in the test workshop and on the customer's site (FAT & SAT), from level 1 to level 5 and across different sectors, make Force Commissioning the right guarantee to bring projects home on schedule.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Full functional test of the panel before it ships to site. Faults are found and closed where they are cheap to fix.
Installation verification and pre-commissioning
Cold checks on site: wiring, continuity and insulation, tightness, instrument verification — before anything is energised.
Energisation and start-up
Loading of the agreed parameters, firmware and software updates on the various microcontrollers and HMIs, and functional verification of I/O sensors, actuators and motors.
Functional testing
Dynamic verification of system performance under load, to confirm that it meets the technical requirements of the project.
IST (Integrated Systems Test)
Verification of the integrated systems of a whole building or part of it, fully testing the simultaneous reactions of power, cooling, fire protection and controls in emergency scenarios.
